The StarEFX DMX illuminator can be used on its own with the wireless remote or greater programming functionality when connected with the optional DMX interface for automation integration. To play and customise lighting functions enjoy the starEFX experience through home automation.
The 1001DMX fibre optic star kit produces a twinkle effect through a rotation of 6 colours using a single 10-watt LED operated by a wireless remote. The DMX illuminator delivers more functionality where you can control the mesmerising twinkle and colour starlight features.
Programming the DMX illuminator through home automation systems (such as Control4, Push Control, Savant and other RS232 and serial protocols) allows you the versatility of a fully integrated system you can set to your preferences on your phone or tablet. The optional DMX interface module can be purchased separately.
Select from the range of 100 to 400-star points to showcase your starlight feature. For a less dense star ceiling, on average 20 fibre star points per square metre is great. For a more dramatic night sky effect, the 40 star points per square option will do that for you.
The LED in the illuminator is chosen for its efficiency in running costs and its long-life allowing the unit to operate at a low noise level due to its fanless system.
